Business partners and great friends Katie and Niamh share the same vision for Summervilles of Greystones.
We both want to keep the good people of Greystones and beyond well fed and watered and showered with happy times in our coffee shop.

Hannah is a qualified holistic therapist who has been working with us since October 2008.

A creative soul, Hannah has a love of tattoos and art and she regularly sells her paintings at the Greystones Harbour Art Exhibition every Sunday.

Hannah’s favourite dish is Chicken Summerville.

Dobrawa has been working in Summervilles of Greystones since March 2010. Originally from Poland Dobrawa trained as a Medical Receptionist in Ireland before joining the Summerville team. She loves to travel and when she goes home she enjoys skiing with her friends and family.

Dobrawa's favourite meal is the Chicken, Bacon and Mushroom Pie.

Summerville’s newest staff member Rachel has just joined our team as one of our weekend girls.

A keen bellydancer Rachel is currently studying to become a primary school teacher. Welcome to the team Rachel!

Liana started to work in Summerville's of Greystones in February 2012.
She is currently studying Culinary Arts and would like to become a Pastry Chef.....We are looking forward to the day she graduates and moves from front of house to the kitchen and starts baking up a storm for us!
Liana's favourite Summerville treat is Lasagne.

Our lovely Chef Ula has been working in Summervilles of Greystones for over 7 years.

Originally from Poland Ula started with us front of house and then made the move to join the kitchen team. Ula makes all of our delicious homemade soups, meals, cakes, breads, jams and chutneys and always with a smile on her face!

Ula's favourite treat is hot rhubarb crumble with lashings of cream.

Alyssa, our Mexican Irish lovely has been working with us since April 2012.
Alyssa is currently studying Applied Pyschology in IADT and likes to spend her free time reading girly books and shopping.

Alyssa loves Chicken Summerville but she secretly adds extra cornflakes to hers!

Mum of one Michelle has a beautiful 3 year old daughterto care for when she is not working as our weekend Kitchen Porter.
Michelle always has a smile on her face even when she's working flat out!
Michelle is a great fan of our Salad plates.
